• Open Positions: Pre-primary Teachers – 2 Vacancies
• Primary Teachers (All Subjects) – 4 Vacancies
• Secondary Teachers (All Subjects) – 4 Vacancies
• Key Responsibilities: Pre-primary Teachers Plan and implement creative, play-based learning experiences that support early development.
• Foster a warm, caring, and secure environment for young learners.
• Monitor and document developmental milestones.
• Engage with parents on child progress and daily routines.
• Primary & Secondary Teachers (All Subjects)Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, Marathi, Computer Studies, etc., based on school curriculum.
• Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation.
• Use innovative teaching tools and educational technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school functions.
• General Responsibilities for All Teaching Roles:Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other required documentation.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
• Continuously upgrade teaching practices through workshops and feedback.
• Qualifications:
• Educational Requirement:
• For Pre-primary: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd or equivalent).
• For Primary and Secondary: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).
• Master’s degree is an advantage for Secondary-level subjects.

• Experience:
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in a school setting is a plus.

• Skills:
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work with children of different age groups.
• Passion for teaching and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
