Focus to become a master of 5 key deliverables: 1. Quality Hiring 2. Training BMs by being an expert of core products of the Bank and enabling training of all team members 3. Metoring/Grooming BMs in their respective roles & create successful vintage 4. Manage the performance of the region as per allocated budgets 5. Manage reputational, compliance, ops risk at all times * Create high vintage of successful resources and manage their careers by giving them opportunities to perform as per their skillset * Inculcate the spirit of ESQ by setting examples and applauding those who exemplify ESQ related behaviour * Map the Neighbourhood with customer segmentation across Current Accounts (Ex. DBSA), Savings Account, Trade, Assets, Trusts, Govt. Institutions, Other Institutions etc. Help each branch create ready wishlist of 100 most potential customers within the neighbourhood * Regularly engage with product managers and schedule training of frontline staff on relevant products. Use LUMOS as a tool to impart training to everyone * Create a culture of team spirit by organising regular Rewards & Recognition events * Use EDSR as a key tool to track activities across the team members * By using all above - ensure that alloocated business goals are met consistently * Create culture to lead the region on 2-3 products across all regions
