Billing Executive

Role OverviewResponsible for end-to-end billing operations across all client accounts and corridors, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation, submission, and reconciliation in coordination with operations and finance teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvoice Generation & Submission

• Prepare and raise freight invoices for clients (Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, and others) based on trip sheets and rate contracts
• Ensure invoices are submitted within agreed billing cycles through Billhub or client portals
• Attach supporting documents: LR copies, PODs, e-way bills, and trip sheets as required

Reconciliation & Follow-Up

• Reconcile billed amounts against trip data and approved rate cards
• Track pending bills corridor-wise (Kandivali, Haridwar, Nashik, Sanand, Ranjangaon, etc.)
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and escalate aging bills to management

Data Management

• Maintain billing MIS — invoice register, collection tracker, and outstanding reports
• Coordinate with operations to resolve short-billing, deductions, or rate disputes
• Ensure accurate GST classification (SAC codes, IGST/CGST/SGST) on all invoices

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure e-invoicing and e-way bill compliance as per GST norms
• Liaise with client accounts teams for credit note processing and deduction settlements
• Support month-end closing with accrual data and unbilled revenue reports
