Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing laboratory tests, preparing samples, and assisting in diagnosing diseases under the supervision of a pathologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, tissues)
- Perform routine laboratory tests and record results accurately
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper sterilization
- Follow safety and quality control procedures
- Assist pathologists in analysis and reporting
- Maintain patient records and lab documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
- Basic knowledge of lab equipment and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
