✅ Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse / logistics / e-commerce clients
- Manage bulk hiring / mass hiring / blue collar hiring
- Lead team of recruiters & coordinators
- Handle multiple client requirements at the same time
- Coordinate with client HR / Ops team
- Maintain daily hiring tracker & reports
- Ensure joining targets are completed on time
- Manage vendors / field recruiters / consultants
- Handle interview scheduling & follow-ups
- Monitor attendance, joining & retention
- Support new warehouse project launch hiring
✅ Required SkillsStrong experience in Warehouse / quick commerce Hiring
- Bulk hiring experience (50–500 hiring / month preferred)
- Team handling experience
- Client handling experience
- Good Excel & reporting knowledge
- Ability to work under target pressure
- Good communication & leadership skills
