Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sourcing strategies, define selection criteria, and align hiring efforts with company goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators.
• Process Management: Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates, building long-term relationships and enhancing the company's employer brand.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (KPIs) like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with candidates and internal hiring managers.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
