Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: Moshi / Charholi

Experience: Fresher or 6–12 months preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Call online leads from portals, Facebook & CRM within 5 minutes.
- Understand buyer requirement & qualify leads
- Fix site visits for sales team (daily target-based)
- Strong follow-up till visit happens (not just one call)
- Update call status properly in CRM (no fake entries)
- Coordinate with sales team for visit confirmation & feedback
- Daily Performance Expectation 120–150 connected calls/day
- 20 Qualified site visits/month minimum
- Zero excuse on follow-ups
Skills Required
- Clear Hindi/Marathi (English is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive communication
- Thick skin (customers will say NO—handle it)
- Discipline in calling, follow-ups & reporting
- Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000
- Incentives: Per booking
- Growth to Senior Telecaller / CRM Lead if performance is consistent
- Strict Note (Read This Twice):No performance = no long-term role
- Fake calling or false reporting = immediate exit
- Results matter more than experience
