Job Description
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Assist clients with loan processing and documentation in coordination with banks and financial institutions.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and site-level marketing activities.
