Responsible for primary sales.  Train the new retailers in using the Saveo app for placing orders.  Resolve customer complaints and maintain an effective communication channel between the customers and the company.  Communicate and successfully run schemes and promotions designed by the company.  Provide market feedback and assist in developing our market share in all product categories. • handle inbound queries • may need to represent the company at events
