🔹 About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy EDP Executive to support data management and system operations within our automobile business. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data flow across sales, inventory, and service functions, enabling smooth day-to-day operations and informed decision-making.

🔹 Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage daily data entry operations across sales, inventory, and service modules

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in ERP/DMS systems
• Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and service teams for data updates and validations
• Monitor stock records, vehicle inventory, and billing data
• Handle system updates, backups, and troubleshooting basic IT issues
• Support in documentation, reporting, and audit requirements
• Ensure timely closure of data entries and reporting cycles

🔹 Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BCA preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience in EDP/Data Management, preferably in the automobile or retail sector
• Hands-on experience with ERP/DMS systems, Tally, or similar software
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, reports, data handling)
• Good understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and coordination
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes is an added advantage
