Job Description
Key requirements for an Accountant post
1. Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com (preferred)
Degree in Accounting / Finance
Additional certifications:
Tally (Tally Prime)
GST certification
MS Excel / Advanced Excel
2. Work Experience
Fresher or 1–15 years experience
(as per requirement)
Experience in: Accounting entries GST return filing
PF (Provident Fund) & ESIC compliance
TDS & Income Tax
Bank reconciliation
Billing & invoicing
3. Technical Skills
Knowledge of: Tally Prime / ERP software
GSTportal handling
E-invoicing& E-way bill
MS Excel /Advance Excel
· Basic computer knowledge
4. Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts & vouchers
Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), HandleTDS, PF, ESIC compliance ,
Maintain purchase & sales records
Bank reconciliation statement (BRS)
· Assist in finalization of accounts
