Job Description – Pre Sales Executive (Work From Office)
Job Title: Pre Sales Executive
Location: Work From Office (WFO)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain company projects/services to potential clients.
Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team.
Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly.
Build good relationships with clients and solve basic queries.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions professionally.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
