Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
The role involves implementing a range of strategies, including market surveys, tele-calling, email and digital marketing, and in-person visits to companies and exhibitions to generate leads. The primary objective is to convert these leads into inquiries, and subsequently respond to client inquiries, prepare pricing proposals, and submit techno-commercial offers to potential customers. It is essential to maintain continuous follow-ups with clients to convert inquiries and proposals into purchase orders.
The position also includes conducting field visits to clients' locations if necessary, exploring new business opportunities, and engaging in pre-sales and sales activities. Technical interaction and presentations to customers are integral to the position. Meeting monthly forecast and invoicing targets is crucial for achieving set financial objectives. Documenting all sales activities in the CRM system, fostering strong relationships with clients, and providing support to peers in sales activities are also significant responsibilities.
