Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accountant to manage our daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally ERP 9 and have a strong grasp of GST/TDS compliance and inventory management.

This is an evening shift position ideal for professionals looking for a stable part-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Software Management

* Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP 9 (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment).

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and financial records.

* Perform Bank Reconciliation and Party Ledger Reconciliation.

2. Inventory Management

* Maintain stock registers and track inventory movement (inward/outward).

* Reconcile physical stock with book stock periodically.

* Generate stock reports to assist in procurement planning.

3. Taxation (GST & TDS)

* Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely filing or coordination with our CA.

* Calculate TDS liability, ensure proper deduction on payments, and maintain TDS data for filing.

* Generate E-Way bills as required.

4. Invoice & Payment Management

* Generate sales invoices and send them to clients.

* Process vendor bills and verify pricing against purchase orders.

* Track Accounts Receivable (outstanding payments) and Accounts Payable.

Work Schedule

* Timings: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM ( 7 days working)
