As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application functionality and performance. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the applications you oversee are innovative and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to SAP systems.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
