Responsibilities: Build long-term trusting relationships with clients. Work with the team to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth. Update and maintain customer information database on regular basis. Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns. Requirements and skills: • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
