Job Description

पद: CNC लेथ मशीन ऑपरेटर

अनुभव: 0-8 वर्षे

शिफ्ट: रोटेशनल

सी एन सी प्रोग्रामिंग शिकवले जाईल. 

सी एन सी प्रोग्रामिंग परीक्षेसाठी बसविले जाईल. 

परीक्षा पास झाल्यावर सर्टिफिकेट मिळेल. 

कामाचे स्वरूप:

  • CNC लेथ मशीनवर विविध प्रकारच्या घटकांची अचूक यांत्रिक प्रक्रिया करणे.
  • कार्यक्रमानुसार मशीन चालवणे.
  • टूल्स व प्रोग्रॅम सेटिंग्स तपासणे आणि आवश्यक असल्यास समायोजन करणे.
  • उत्पादन गुणवत्ता आणि मोजमापांची खात्री करणे.
  • मोजणी उपकरणे जसे की Vernier, Micrometer, Thread Gauge इत्यादींचा वापर करणे.
  • मशीनची दैनंदिन देखभाल व स्वच्छता करणे.
  • प्रॉडक्शन रिपोर्ट व इन्स्पेक्शन रिपोर्ट भरणे.

पात्रता:

  • ITI / डिप्लोमा (टर्नर / फिटर / CNC ऑपरेशन संबंधित शाखा).
  • CNC मशीनिंगमध्ये कामाचा अनुभव असावा (फॅनूक/सीमेंस कंट्रोल्स अनुभवास प्राधान्य).
  • तांत्रिक ड्रॉइंग व मोजमाप समजण्याची क्षमता असावी.

इच्छित कौशल्ये:

  • अचूकता, जबाबदारी व शिस्तबद्ध कामाची वृत्ती.
  • टीमसोबत समन्वय साधण्याची क्षमता.
  • सुरक्षा नियमांचे पालन करणे.
