Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook tandoori items like kebabs, roti, naan, and grilled dishes.
• Assist the Tandoor Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Marinate meats and vegetables as per restaurant recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section.
• Ensure proper temperature and safety while using the tandoor.
• Support kitchen team during busy hours.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in tandoor cooking.
• Knowledge of kebabs, tandoori roti, naan, and grilling.
• Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with good discipline.
