Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook tandoori items like kebabs, roti, naan, and grilled dishes.
- Assist the Tandoor Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Marinate meats and vegetables as per restaurant recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section.
- Ensure proper temperature and safety while using the tandoor.
- Support kitchen team during busy hours.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Basic experience in tandoor cooking.
- Knowledge of kebabs, tandoori roti, naan, and grilling.
- Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with good discipline.
