Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail, as well as researching and integrating the latest content updates to enhance the website's functionality and user experience. Collaboration with different teams to maintain and improve web platforms is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- - Lead end-to-end mobile app architecture and development
- Define best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Drive performance optimization and app stability
- Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Develop reusable components and scalable modules
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and native modules
- Work on app lifecycle, navigation, and state management
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness
- Debug and resolve complex production issues
- Ensure smooth animations and seamless user experience

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React Native.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
- Deep understanding of React concepts (hooks, state management)
- Experience with mobile app architecture and design patterns
- Experience with iOS and Android platforms
- Familiarity with native modules (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java)
- Knowledge of mobile app lifecycle and performance tuning
- State management (Redux, MobX, Context API)
- Navigation (React Navigation)
- Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL
- Debugging tools (Flipper, React DevTools)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- App deployment to App Store and Google Play
- Experience with Expo ecosystem
- Knowledge of micro-frontend/mobile modular architecture
- Familiarity with push notifications, deep linking
- Experience with analytics and crash reporting tools (Firebase, Sentry)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React Native.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
