Responsibilities: Customer Support II Problem Solving • Manage incoming calls chats or mail process and customer service inquiries • Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation This job is only for those who have experience minimum 6 months in international voice or chat process NOT ALLOWED FOR FRESHERS NOT ALLOWED FOR TECHNICAL AND SCIENCE BACKGROUND 2 way cab facility is available Timing will be rotational shifts 24/7 5 days working 2 rotational weeks off Location : Magarpatta/ kharadi/ yerwada It will be only international chat or voice process EXCELLENT ENGLISH IS REQUIRED
