• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels to foster a positive community and encourage engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into the strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, designers, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways to drive engagement and reach.
• SEO Integration: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure social media efforts contribute to SEO goals.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proficiency: Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in creating engaging content, with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to measure and report performance.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
