Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Visit customers near assigned branch/bank locations
🔹 Convert company-generated leads into gold loan customers
🔹 Perform accurate gold appraisal using touchstone & acid methods
🔹 Verify Customer KYC as per standard process
🔹 Evaluate gold purity, identify stone deductions & maintain documentation
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Knowledge of gold appraisal techniques
✔ Must own a two-wheeler & valid driving license 🏍️
✔ Strong customer communication skills
✔ Marathi language proficiency required
