HR Executive

We looking for an HR Executive who has hands-on experience in HRMS/HRM software and strong knowledge of payroll processing. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance management, and payroll coordination efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities



• Manage and operate HRMS/HRM software for employee data, attendance, leave, and records
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary coordination
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records
• Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee updates
• Coordinate with management regarding HR operations and compliance requirements
• Ensure accuracy in employee data and payroll-related activities
• Required Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with HRMS/HRM software is mandatory
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and salary structure
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee management
• Basic understanding of statutory compliance is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Experience RequiredMinimum 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/payroll
