Targeted Recruitment: Sourcing specialized talent like Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Mortgage Specialists,

​Performance & Commissions: Managing complex compensation structures that often include base pay plus aggressive, tiered sales commissions.

​On-Site Workforce Management: Handling attendance and relations for field teams (agents at property sites) who rarely visit the main office.

​Compliance & Licensing: Ensuring all agents have the necessary legal certifications (like RERA in India or state-specific licenses in the US) to sell property.
