Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience in selling bikes or guiding customers to showrooms.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a tele sales candidate who is dedicated, self motivated and hardworking in nature.

As a Tele sales, you are responsible for handling various client related queries over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the service provided by the company.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain professional relations with them.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce them to CredR's wide range of pre-owned bikes and services.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest bike models, features, and specifications to effectively educate customers and assist them in making informed decisions.

Sales Pitch: Provide persuasive sales pitches and tailor offerings to match the customer's requirements, ensuring a seamless buying experience. Appointment Setting: Schedule showroom visits for interested customers, facilitating test rides and consultations with our bike experts.

Lead Conversion: Track and follow up on leads to convert them into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer support by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 Year of experience in selling bikes or guiding customers to showrooms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for two-wheelers and a strong product knowledge base.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic computer skills for maintaining customer records and follow-ups.
