Job Description

• Maintains CEO’s appointment calendar by scheduling meetings, teleconferences and travel including itineraries, airline reservations, hotel accommodations, rental cars, and all other travel needs, preparing correspondence, coordinating travel, other related functions. • Conserves CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters, mails and documents; and screening and rerouting phone calls. • Oversee candidates and employee's communication & co-ordination. • Should be aware of operations roles & responsibilities (Set goals and objectives and establish procedures and policies for various departments, should have capability to work with all department managers for smooth functioning) • Should have team handling experience. • Should be willing to travel outstations along with the CEO, whenever required. • Should have capacity to resolve minor disputes or disagreements. • Work with internal clients and coordinate with external vendors • • To undertake all other tasks as given by the CEO and accomplish the same within given timelines. • This individual should be well organized and has a keen eye for detail and highly developed problem-solving skills. • Join their team in order to ensure smooth running and maximized efficiency of the company, and to develop and implement policies and procedures for each department to contribute to the company’s overall strategy. • SAAS & LMS Software Knowledge would be an added advantage. Required Skill & Qualification: • Any Bachelor Degree/ Engineering Degree or Masters. • Excellent communication both Verbal & Written. • Highly skilled in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Teams• • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • • Effectively communicate with Executives, Board members, customers and employees. • High level of organizational, time management and customer relations skills. • Detail oriented, accurate and able to act autonomously with minimal supervision. • • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
