Ayaansh Fertility is a rapidly expanding fertility network delivering ethical, evidence-based reproductive care with high success rates. Our centres are designed to provide seamless, patient-centric fertility services.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Pharmacist to manage drug dispensing, inventory control, and patient guidance at our fertility centre pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensing & Patient GuidanceDispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s orders
- Explain dosage, administration (especially injections), and storage instructions to patients
- Guide patients on IVF-related medications (training will be provided)
- Inventory & Stock ManagementMaintain adequate stock levels of medicines and consumables
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices
- Raise purchase indents and coordinate with procurement teams
- Compliance & DocumentationMaintain records as per pharmacy regulations
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, cold chain for IVF drugs)
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards of pharmacy practice
Coordination:
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and counsellors
- Ensure timely availability of drugs for procedures (IUI/IVF cycles)
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: B.Pharm
- License: Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration (mandatory)
- Experience:
- 1–5 years in hospital/clinic pharmacy
- IVF/fertility experience preferred but not mandatory
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and handling
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing
- Good communication skills for patient counselling
- Basic computer skills (billing/software systems)
- Ability to manage inventory efficiently
Work Timings:
Day shift (as per clinic hours)
- Weekly off as per roster
