Job Title: SAP FICO Trainer

Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, tailored to the specific needs of learners.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on SAP FICO modules, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences, including end-users, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Utilize a variety of training methods and tools to facilitate learning, such as instructor-led training, hands-on workshops, e-learning modules, and simulations.

Knowledge Transfer:

• Transfer in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities, configuration, and integration to trainees, empowering them to effectively utilize the system in their roles.
• Provide guidance and support to learners during and after training sessions, addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and troubleshooting issues.

Performance Evaluation:

• Assess trainees' understanding and proficiency in SAP FICO through quizzes, exercises, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, soliciting feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay abreast of developments and updates in SAP FICO, as well as related technologies and industry trends, to continuously enhance personal knowledge and training offerings.
• Actively participate in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, webinars, and training sessions, to further develop expertise.
