JOB DESCRIPTION

 

JOB TITLE:   EXECUTIVE SALES (FIELD)

A field sales executive is a professional responsible for generating sales by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The field sales executive must have deep understanding of the products or services he is selling. He is responsible for meeting customers at their office or job sites, understand their correct requirement and offer them the exact solution.


RESPONISIBILITES:

1.   Sales & marketing: Responsible for meeting sales targets by performing the sales and marketing activities. Primarily will be engaged in field sales i.e. visits to customers for generation of enquiries and conversion. Shall religiously prepare and submit weekly reports for sales and marketing visits.


2.   Follow up: Prepare, submit, and follow up on techno-commercial offers to prospective customers. Conduct visits to follow up on customer inquiries, aiming to convert them into business/orders.


3.   Negotiations and Finalization: Actively participate in negotiations and finalization of business proposals. Also take responsibility for preparing order documents with necessary technical inputs.


4.   Coordination with Teams: Coordinate with operations/delivery and commercial teams for post-order activities and ensure compliance until order closure.


5.   Recovery: Responsible for overseeing recoveries until the last transaction is completed.


6.   Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with the service team to provide effective post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.


7.   Reports and Meetings: Consistently prepare and submit detailed weekly reports on sales visits. Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings and reviews.





QUALIFICATIONS:

·        MUST HAVE:

o  Any graduate from a reputed university

o  Excellent communication and people skills

o  1 to 2 years preferably from relevant industry

o  Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)

o  2 / 4 wheeler driving license.

o  Readiness to extensive travelling

o  Selling & Negotiation skills

o  Excellent people skills

o  Market awareness & analytical skills


·        NICE TO HAVE:

o  Geographical knowledge and market awareness, Analytical

o  Knowledge of a regional language in addition to English & Hindi

o  Experience/ knowledge in the sales of Safe Load indicators, weighing systems, electronic equipment, automation / instrumentation or similar capital equipment in B2B market
