Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer Automation to support application development and operational troubleshooting across projects in the Dairy and Beverage industry. The role requires strong hands‑on automation capability, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to support systems from machine level to plant and enterprise level.
What you will do
• Support multiple teams in automation application development and operational troubleshooting
• Deliver machine‑level automation solutions for Dairy and Beverage applications
• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot PLC applications using:
Rockwell (Allen‑Bradley)
Siemens (TIA Portal)
• Support industrial network bus systems such as DeviceNet, Profinet, and AS‑Interface (ASI)
• Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot SCADA systems, including:
Rockwell
Wonderware
SIMATIC
Ignition
• Support MIS and reporting solutions using SQL‑based front‑end and back‑end systems
• Work with drives and field components including Rockwell, Danfoss, Endress+Hauser, and Pepperl+Fuchs
• Apply instrumentation installation, application, and troubleshooting knowledge in Dairy and Beverage environments
• Support installation, commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites
• Apply basic IoT and cloud platform knowledge where relevant to digital and connected solutions
We believe you have
• 3–5 years of hands‑on automation application experience in the Dairy and Beverage industry
• Education in Industrial Systems, Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent
• Solid mechanical and electrical fundamentals
• Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, industrial networks, drives, and instrumentation
• Experience supporting both project execution and operational environments
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• A structured, problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies
