Currently we are hiring for

Retail Partner/ Developmental officer position.

Job role: Recruitment, Team Development and Activation, Building Your Team for higher roles.

Location: WORK FROM HOME

Salary- Average 70k.

Fixed component 19k plus incentive approx 50k to 1 lakh depending on team Business generation.

Incentives are- MPI, recruitment incentive, promotional incentive, power reward, GPI.

Training will be for a 7 day period plus probation period (assignments completion time).

During the training period you will get the stipend of up to 90000 according to your performance.

Selection process- Interview followed by final level approval(level1, level2)

Practical Assignment - bussiness assignment+4 active IC recruitment.

All those who fulfill these criteria will be promoted as a Retail Partner.
