As a ADMIN & TELE SALES Executive, your role involves using telephone to sell products or services to potential customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

1. Office Admin work & Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
2. Understanding and effectively communicating the features and benefits of the product or service being offered.
3. Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
4. Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
5. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
6. Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
