| Job Purpose | • Understand the training need of role holder • Align them to organizational goal • Provide required learning & Development path |
| Duties and Responsibilities | • Training need analysis of role holder • Design & Deployment of different (Transition & Day 1) learning intervention • Delivering training as required • To impact analyses of learning intervention • Redirect training intervention as and when required • Insuring minimum coverage as define by management • Maintaining MIS and deriving required report |
