Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Sourcing candidates via portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Induction: Assisting with documentation, joining kits, and conducting induction programs for new joiners.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintaining employee files, managing attendance/leave records, and assisting with payroll preparation.
- Employee Engagement: Supporting employee relation activities, handling inquiries, and organizing internal events.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and labor law regulations.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of HR software/ATS.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience (internships are highly valued
