Executive - Operations and Service

The job involves ensuring SLA delivery for each process, maintaining quality of processed files, achieving service to sales numbers, managing cash services, data analysis, policy implementation, employee relationship management, vendor management, and compliance within the area/region. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in managing branch operations, be a post graduate, possess excellent communication and data analytics skills, and be self-motivated.
