CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Preparing Organization Structure & Designations:- • Based on Current or existing Organization Structure, review the same structure or if needed make new or revised the same. • Based on Organization structure, design the designations as per departments and requirements. • Create designations wise job descriptions and job specification along with Qualification, experience and salary. Prepare or Modified HR Policies:- • Based on current or existing requirement and situation, need to modify or change HR Policies with the approval from Management. • Need to covers all the rules and regulations as per company norms will be cover in HR Policy. • Before and during implementation of the HR Policies, he must be aware about each and every rule of the HR Policies. Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process • Interviewing and hiring employee team members with the appropriate skills, as needed. • Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources. • Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures. • Networks with local organizations (e.g., Hotel Association and peers) to source candidates for current or future openings. • Make and Follow the Hiring Process with decided by top management. Need to confirm all the Process step by steps. If needed also involved Top management for the same. • Based on Candidate arrange Induction Process after completion of Hiring formalities. Induction process must be well plan so that new candidate will easily familiar with organization culture, rules and process of working. Managing Employee Development • Supports a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job. • Ensures employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations. • Uses all available on the job training tools for employees; supervise on-going training initiatives and conducts training, when appropriate. • Ensures coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company culture. • Ensures attendance by all new hires and participation of the leadership team in training programs • Collaborates with management team to ensure departmental orientation processes are in place and employees receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job. • To manage properly Freelancing team, Peon and driver and if any person free than he has to inform higher authority and to provide work for the same. • He has to manage the scorecard, attendance, salary structure, employee behavior. • He has to arrange every three month avenger’s celebrations and its different activities • He has to arrange weekly Meeting of HOD and Managers once in a week. • Based on scorecard need to manage Salary, Yearly Increment and Other Monetary benefits. Maintaining Employee Relations • Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property (e.g., develops daily communications and assists with regularly scheduled property-wide meetings). • Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency, and checks for supportive documentation and is accountable for determining appropriate action. • Utilizes an “open door” policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner • Ensures employee issues are referred to the Department Manager for resolution. • Partners with Loss Prevention to conduct employee accident investigations, as necessary. • Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position. • He must visit the every unit of our company and note all the suggestions, problems or any other issues and if issue is critical than discuss with higher management. • He has to maintain the birthday celebration formalities like provide Greeting Card, Mail and message wishes to him/her Managing Legal and Compliance Practices • Ensures employee files contain required employment paperwork, proper performance management and compensation documentation, are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time. • Ensures compliance with procedure for accessing, reviewing, and auditing employee files and ensure compliance with the Privacy Act. • Ensures medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file. • Communicates property rules and regulations via the employee handbook. • Ensures all safety and security policies (e.g., property removal, lost and found items, blood borne pathogens, accident reporting, and hygiene) are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, property meetings, bulletin boards, etc. • Conducts periodic claims reviews with Regional Claims office to ensure claims are closed in a timely manner and reserve levels are appropriate for open claims. • Represents Human Resources at the property Safety Committee; helps to identify ways to create awareness of the importance of safety in the workplace and decrease accident frequency and severity. • Manages Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs. • Oversees the selection/non-selection and offers processes to ensure proper procedures are followed (e.g., valid reasons for selection/non-selection and applicants receive status notifications). Build Strong and Positive Culture:- • He should have knowledge and skill to build a Positive culture of the company. • Plan, execute and manage culture building activities in all Branches. • Need to Plan innovative idea to build culture and festival celebration ideas. • Make sure that office environment be enthusiastic and positive. Need to watch on negative activities and any other misleading things and take proper action it. • Arrange Monthly Reward Program among employees and make schedule for the same. • Make sure Our Core Purpose and Core Values will be set in the minds of each and every employees. • He has to taking care of each member’s action for our company like Taking Care, Never spread negative rumor in company, never harm to any people and premises. • Need to Execute daily evening snacks with maintain hygiene in all branches. • Celebrate Birthdays and Anniversary of the each and every members of the organization. Administrative work • Maintain cleanness and Hygnie in Office Premises • Manage and Maintain damage property or any other task related to maintenance of the premises. • Any specific requirement from employee related to work stations, stationery material or any other requirement then need to close it with the help of budget approval.
