Picker / Packer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Pick & Pack Executive to handle order fulfillment for our D2C brand AMBERZ. The candidate will be responsible . for accurately picking products (ride-ons) from inventory, packing them securely, and ensuring timely dispatch to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from warehouse inventory as per order sheets
• Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and product quality before packing
• Pack ride-on products safely to avoid damage during transit
• Label packages accurately (shipping labels, invoices, barcodes)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for smooth dispatch
• Handle bulk orders and daily dispatch targets efficiently
• Perform basic inventory checks and report shortages/damages
• Follow company SOPs for packaging standards 

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle physical work (lifting ride-on products)
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of labeling and shipping processes
• Team player with a positive attitude
