Job Title: Project Engineer (Telecom) – Vodafone & Airtel Projects

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Telecom) to handle Vodafone and Airtel telecom projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation, and coordination of telecom network deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile tower installation and commissioning (4G / 5G)
Site survey and technical feasibility check
RAN equipment installation (BBU, RRU, Antenna, Microwave)
Fiber connectivity coordination and testing
Project planning and execution within timeline
Vendor and field technician team management
Daily progress report and documentation
Quality and safety compliance monitoring
Integration and acceptance testing
Client coordination (Vodafone & Airtel teams)
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.Tech (Electronics / Telecom / Electrical)
Experience: 2–3 Years in Telecom Projects
Experience in Vodafone / Airtel projects preferred
Good communication and team handling skills
Willing to travel for project sites
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Travel Allowance + Project Allowance (if applicable)
