Position: Accountant & Tax Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant & Tax Consultant to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and handle taxation matters efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and practical experience in accounting and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements
• Handle GST compliance including return filing, reconciliation, and audits
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and businesses
• Manage TDS/TCS compliance and filings
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities when required
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and accounting principles
• Experience in return filing and compliance work
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or similar tools)
• Good understanding of financial statements and reporting
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and client-handling ability

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
