Please find the job description for the positions below: Android Developer • Minimum 2- 3 years of relevant mobile development experience using the latest version of Android, Android Studio, Gradle to develop both phone and tablet apps. • Perform unit and functional testing of backend code and RESTful web-services • Android jet pack, modular development will be an advantage. • Experience in Android development patterns - including Java OOP, MVP, MVVM, SQLite, JSON/Rest APIs and multi-threading / background tasks. • Experience with Android front- end/UI development (with knowledge of Google Material Design, constraint layout), Web services & XML / JSON/REST connectivity/consumption, and local storage/databases/SQLite. • Experience of end- to- end life- cycle of an application right from First line of code to publishing a stable version on the Play Store • Experience with common Android libraries such as Dagger2, Retrofit2, butter knife etc. • Knowledge of high- quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment • Fundamental knowledge of design patterns • Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs • Passionate about building great solutions • Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
