Job Description
Empoli Offset Pvt Ltd, a well-established name in the paper converting industry since 1986, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive its next phase of growth. The company specializes in manufacturing high-quality school and office paper stationery products and has built a strong presence in and around Surat. With a strategic vision to expand across Gujarat, we are looking for a candidate who can lead the development of a robust distribution network statewide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team, making strategic business decisions, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening channel partnerships. Prior experience in setting up and scaling distribution networks, preferably in FMCG or stationery segments, will be an added advantage. Strong leadership, market understanding, and execution capabilities are essential to succeed in this role.
