Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence. Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and creativity within the kitchen team. Implement and enforce kitchen policies and procedures to maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization. Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menu options while maximizing profitability. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure ingredient freshness and availability. Stay abreast of culinary trends and techniques, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement. Handle kitchen-related emergencies and customer inquiries with professionalism and grace. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de partie or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or culinary establishment. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredient sourcing. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for sustainability and a commitment to using eco-friendly practices in the kitchen. Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
