Primary Responsibilities: • Knows the definition and process of brewing a perfect espresso. • Is able to froth the milk and make coffee as per the standard. • Has the basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine. • Knows the descriptions, recipe and serving standards of all hot and cold beverages. • Knows the descriptions, basic ingredients and serving standards for all food items from the menu. • Follows the cleaning and hygiene guidelines. • Handles the basic level of product related complaints. • Follows the standard process of order taking. Specific Skills / Knowledge: • Homebrew experience or education may be preferred. • Experienced from Starbucks & CCD will be an asset. Minimum Requirements: • Extensive experience in breweries. • Hygiene maintenance. • Creativity and ability to develop quality recipes. • Passion for coffee. • Strong verbal communication skills. • Attention to the details.
