Job Description:
PhonePe is looking for dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell PhonePe products and services in the market by visiting shops and businesses in assigned areas. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new merchants and increasing the usage of PhonePe services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local markets and approach shopkeepers/business owners.
- Promote and sell PhonePe products and services.
- Onboard new merchants on the PhonePe platform.
- Explain product benefits and help merchants start using PhonePe services.
- Build and maintain good relationships with merchants in the assigned area.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18,500 per month
- Payroll employment

- ESI (Employee State Insurance)

- Performance incentives (if applicable)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 to 34 years
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- Basic English communication skills required
- Candidate must have their own vehicle (bike/scooter)
- Sales or field marketing experience is a plus (freshers can also apply)
