- Visit and resolve issue customer face with our products. - Provide solution using Technical Knowledge, Practical Approach, Helping Nature and Learning Attitude. - Repair/Replace/Install/Calibrate our products on site & service center. - Meet & sign AMC Contract with customers. - Proactively develop new application, solution. - Travel to any location in India if required by customer. - Track & resolve all service complaints by customer with Proper Service Report. - Post Service Action & Follow up. - Prepare & Submit Service Estimate. - Submit Report to management. - Participate in any company related activity assigned by management if not mentioned otherwise
