Responsibilities of candidates includes: • hiring candidates • ensuring business needs for hiring are met • must have experience in hiring at multiple levels • Responsible for making JD and Profiles for the desired candidate. • Responsible for total recruitment process using Job portals, employee referral program, internal database, various Internet sources etc. • Responsible for core HR related activities, like Making and forming policy,maintaining database, timesheet and leave management, payroll, new joining formalities • Appraisal of employee, exit interview, employee relation management, day to day operation management for hr department like attendance, • Access skill of employee and design programme for training and coaching • Able to find right vendor or knowledge of outsourcing work • Conducting induction program to the new recruits to acquaint them with various processes and policies of the organization. • Closely working with operations team in various strategies for the process and develop initiatives to support retentions. Responsible for retaining the employees. •Cultural, Sports and Engagement activities in the business. •Ensuring HR Policies and Procedures as per the organization’s needs. •Culture development, compliance management, employee satisfaction
