Job Description: As an Operations Associate you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service in the box office and café areas with other Cinema Operations. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and ensure a seamless experience from ticket purchase to café indulgence. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can showcase your hospitality skills and contribute to the success of our operations. Key Responsibilities: ·        Assist customers with ticket purchases, exchanges, and refunds at the box office. ·        Operate computerized ticketing systems with accuracy and efficiency. ·        Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items in the café. ·        Greet guests warmly as they enter the venue and assist with finding their seats. ·        Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the box office and café areas. ·        Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed. ·        Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns. ·        Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure guest satisfaction. ·        Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and quality standards. ·        Sale the food items across the counter and in the auditorium. ·        Promote all promotions associated with brand partners related to Box Office / Food & Beverage. ·        Record the sale and cash collected at the end of each shift
