Job Roles and Responsibilities • BEFORE APPLYING PLZ NOTE, THE CANDIDATE MUST BE FROM SURAT CITY ONLY AND 8 - 10 years ( Textiles printing Gum Industry) Designing regional strategies based on Organizational Sales strategy • Implementation of regional Sales & Marketing Strategies • Conceiving, implementing and encouraging innovations for ensuring business vitality • Travelling to other States for business purposes. • Key Account Management • Domestic Regional Business Development • Maintaining customer Database and sales cycle updates via CRM. • Ensuring New Business Development via cold calling and new customer Identification and maintaining a log of new customer addition. • Ability to expand domestic distribution business in line with global expansion. • Prepare Sales proposals and quotations to ensure sales cycle closure and generate revenue • Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue. • Prepare Yearly, quarterly, and monthly performance dashboards for review Education, Experience, and Skills Education MBA/BBA or experience in a related field 8 - 10 years ( Textiles printing Gum Industry) Strong Analytical Skill • Strategy Design • Customer relationship management • Client Management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Dedication to providing great customer service. • Must be fluent in regional language • Knowledge of CRM is a big plus
