Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
- Installation and DEMO of equipment
- Attending to breakdowns and repairing equipment machine at customer's site.
- Diagnosing faults and carry out inspection frequently.
- Training programs for personnel in telematics department as well as the end users.
- Product preventive maintenance and AMC service follow up.
- Managing stocks of spares and effective utilization of the tools given for the service.
- Maintaining vital records for e.g. equipment history/service reports.
- Maintaining the equipment to the best of its performance by organizing a scheduled visits.
