ABOUT THE ROLE :::: As a Technical Support Executive you have to work closely with the team of software developers. You have to understand the customer issues regarding software and resolve their issues with the help of developers. You have to analyze all aspects of the software and make suggestions through the development phase to help avoid issues in the final product. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :::: • Answer calls professionally to provide information and services and obtain details of complaints. • Understand Customer’s Complaints related to system and can translate it to IT team properly. • Assist users in all aspect of system use. • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions. • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests. REQUIREMENT :::: • Bachelor or master degree in computer science or information technology or related field • Excellent communication skills • Thorough knowledge of computer & MS Office • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles • Provide Problem-Solving Steps with technical knowledge. • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Exceptional organizing and time-management skill Skill Sets :Computer Knowledge, Good Gujarati Speaking Skill , Regularity.
